MANU RESERVED AREA

The Manú Reserved Zone is located in the province of Manu in the department of Madre de Dios and has an area of 257000 ha. It is considered an almost intact area, due to the small population that inhabits the territory, mostly made up of indigenous populations isolated from civilization. In its lush forests are endangered species such as: the black alligator, the spectacled bear and the giant river otter. For the luck of the tourists, the area has a great variety of tourist lodges that offer countless activities to be in contact with nature and raise awareness about the care of the natural resources of our planet.
